Therapy - Guided Self Help

Stepping Stones

Guided Self Help is support, based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, for people who experience mild to moderate mental health problems. The support usually lasts about 4-6 sessions over 8-12 weeks and utilises self-help work books and online resources. Guided Self Help support includes:

Goal setting

Psycho-education

Group support

Relapse prevention and planning for the future.
